Cynthia has been a licensed real estate agent since 1980 and obtained her broker’s license in 1990. In 1993, Cynthia received the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation by the Residential Sales Council for the REALTORS National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Only 5% of all realtors have earned the right to be called a CRS due to enhanced sales knowledge, dedication and experience.

Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree Cum Laude in 1969 from the University of Kansas. Cynthia has held several positions with the California Association of Realtors and currently holds the position of the Director (since 1993) and the Region IV Chairman. She is also past President (1999) of the North Bay Association of Realtors and has held various other positions with NORBAR. She is Co-Chair of the Sonoma Valley Housing Affordability Advisory Group (SVHAAG) and is a member of the Sonoma County Housing Coalition (SCHC).
