The pool area has sweeping views, an outdoor kitchen, and a large guest unit. When people think of a Wine Country Escape, this is what comes to mind.

Just 12 minutes from Sonoma's historic Town Square, this modern 1.75 acre home site is situated near active vineyards and tasting rooms.

The main house of 3 bedrooms and 3 baths features extensive decking including an outdoor dining area with barbecue, seating for 10 and two lounging areas. The pool house is one large room with a murphy bed and sofa bed.

The home's interior floors are wood and tile keeping the premises cool. Floor to ceiling (2 stories) windows in the living room and two walls of windows in the breakfast area offer serene views of vineyards and mountains on the other side of the valley. The master bedroom (Cal King bed) on the 2nd floor also features beautiful views and a gas fireplace. The second bedroom on the 2nd floor features two twin beds with attached bathroom. The third queen bedroom on the main floor also accesses a bathroom.

The living room features a gas fireplace. The media room offers a state of the art sound system, 60" television and a king-size pull out sleeper sofa. Two dining tables accommodate 14 people. A path beyond the outdoor dining area leads to the very private pool house where outdoor amenities include the saltwater pool, rose garden, hot tub, bocce ball court and sauna. The pool house features a full kitchen (including gas stove, dishwasher and wine refrigerator), full bath, a queen size murphy bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. The main house is accessed by a foot bridge (wheeled carts provided) from the parking area. The bridge and all pathways can be lit at night.
