The Vineyard House at The Dalya Estate is a light-filled 2,400 square foot retreat comprised of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Floor to ceiling glass Nano doors in the main living and dining area open to an expansive backyard with stunning views over the solar heated lap pool and jacuzzi framed by neighboring Pinot vineyards. The home has a beautiful open layout, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring a Viking Gas Range with 6 Burners and dual ovens, spacious butler’s pantry, Shaw’s fireclay sink, and a grand, gracious marble island for gathering, wining and dining.

While our property is 6+ acres and surrounded on three sides by large commercial vineyards, we do have neighbors with whom we share a mutual respect for local noise ordinances. Our goal is to provide a relaxing environment where friends and family can kick back, laugh and enjoy themselves immensely. Just a reminder, this home is located on a working vineyard, so there is work at the front of the property, where the grapes are located, as well as sulfur sprayed on a weekly basis. The vineyard is organically farmed, so all activity is free of harmful chemicals.

**Pool is heated only by request May through the end of October. If you would like to heat the pool during the off season, please inquire about the additional fee to heat the pool. Hot tub remains hot and available for your use all year round**

The entire estate can be rented or the main house and guest house separately. To book only the guest house, please see the Guest House at the Dalya Estate listing. To book the whole estate , please see the Dalya Estate listing. *Choosing to book the main house or guest house only means another group could occupy the other house during the same time period.* In addition, please be advised that the barn is occupied by the Chardonnay vineyard manager. Spectacular Inside & Out

My group and I had an amazing stay at The Dalya Estate. The accommodations are first class right down to the bedding and linens. The home is spacious with multiple living spaces and a kitchen beyond any chef's expectations. I swam in the 60' long pool in the afternoon to cool down, and started each day in the hot tub. The views from the back porch and pool area are of the sloping vineyards and garden. Other features include: Lush grounds, accessible garden, gated entry, and central location.

Beautiful grounds, Excellent stay, Friendly Manager

Loved the house. Picturesque setting with a well appointed spacious kitchen that inspired cooking. Easy access to Sebastopol, Armstrong State Park, Russian River and wineries. Short scenic hop to Healdsburg. Plenty to do in the area but the pool and scenery and make it easy to relax in place. The kids loved it. The house itself is spacious.

We loved our time in this house! We had a large group of girls on our trip, and everything we needed was provided. Honestly, doing business with Woodfield Properties wad so pleasant, honest, and easy, I would skip the VRBO booking fee and just go straight to them!

Feels Like Tuscany

When our plans to go to Italy got derailed, we looked for a place closer to our home in the San Francisco Bay Area to vacation for the summer. This beautiful farmhouse just blew us away, from the views, to the grounds, to the pool to the house itself. Our week there really felt like we had been transported to Italy. The accommodations are wonderful, with everything you need to make staying in a breeze. All told, it was a truly exceptional experience with a friendly and happy to help team in what are unprecedented times. I could not recommend this property any more highly, though perhaps the words of my 7 year old daughter sum it up best. "Daddy, can we got back to the Sebastopol house again next summer?"

A Weekend to Remember!

We chose this property to celebrate my birthday with the girls! It was incredible from the moment you open the front door the property beautiful. There were so many areas to relax and enjoy the views. The pool was well kept and fantastic to swim in. I would come back in a heart beat!
