Gustafsson Estate
This beautifully landscaped and gated Estate home surrounded by vineyards is just 2 miles from the historic Sonoma Plaza where 20 wine tasting rooms are within a 10 minute drive. The home is very large with optional seating areas inside and out. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, enormous living room, formal dining room, eat in fully equipped kitchen, family room with tv, den with tv and recently remodeled bathrooms. The outdoors is breathtaking with beautiful landscape and water features. The back yard has an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, full size tennis court (and pickle ball) , bocce ball court, heated (May-September) swimming pool, hot tub, and a 30' Viking table for outdoor dining. In the Pool House there is a combo ping pong/billiards table, tv, bathroom and a small gym. Outdoor music and twinkle lights set the stage for memorable wine country dinners.
Other things to note: Beds consists of 3 queens and 1 King. Pet friendly!
Policies: No Parties, No Smoking, Maximum 8 Guests
Due to Sonoma County Fire restrictions at this time, no fireplaces may be used.

Great Family and or Reunion Home
by Gregory A.“The Estate” home is fantastic...it has the lived in look and the carved wooden doors create an old World feel....perfect for families, reunions, great amenities, we used the pool and hot tub daily....multiple outdoor places for gathering and the Biggest Picnic table for our group of 13 with space to share.....for those cooking every utensil in the world...great location for Sonoma and easy access to Napa....We would definitely come back to this home!!!

A fun filled family holiday at a beautiful Sonoma estate!
by Steve & Laurie W.As you drive up to this property you are immediately impressed with its beauty and grandeur. The home is large, very clean, and comfortably decorated. There are abundant locations for entertaining both inside and out. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to work in. There is a beautiful garden just outside the kitchen window with an impressive bird feeder! We spent the majority of our time in the backyard. The gardens are gorgeous! It is arranged with several seating areas that are comfortable and charming. The pool is large and well maintained. And the amenities around the pool area caused us to stay outside from sunup till sundown. The hammock was a special attraction for both young and old! There was always something for everyone… swimming, tennis, horseshoes, ping pong, pool table, hot tub, sauna, etc. The location is ideal! Shops, wine tasting and restaurants are just minutes away! Even Train Town is just down the road! We had a great time at a great place!

Lovely home, relaxed atmosphere and very helpful manger.
by Marilyn K.Our family of 6 adults and 2 young children spent an early April week at this home. The main residence is huge, with high ceilings, large upstairs bedrooms and plenty of sitting spaces on the main level. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the outside kitchen is amazing. We paid to have the pool heated and made good use of it. It has a retractable cover, good for safety. The tennis court and small basketball area were well used. The house was very clean and orderly. There is a possible extra sleeping area in the casita adjacent to the house, but we did not use this. It's a very nice space, but perhaps would have benefited from airing out. We found the rental agents at Woodfield Properties and the estate manager to be very helpful and responsive to our requests for occasional assistance. We enjoyed exploring the town of Sonoma and the surrounding area and wished we had more time. It may be useful to know that all of the bedrooms have either queen or king size beds; there are no singles or twins. Our children were young enough to share a bed, but older singles might find this an issue. Each bedroom has it's own full bath, and each would be large enough to add an air mattress or perhaps a sleep sofa or chair. Other than this, we highly recommend this vacation home.
