There are two bedrooms with queen beds, a small office with an expandable daybed. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo, second bath has shower only.

This house was what we needed as a pause in our road trip across North America. The house is situated in a calm environment, it is roomy, the kitchen had all the required facility, the bed was comfortable. It has 3 rooms, the master bedroom, a guest bedroom with it own bathroom and a third room that we used as an office and a place to store the suitcases.


Sonoma is a beautiful city with a lot of ''joie de vivre". If we ever come back to Sonoma, it will be the place for us

Great well appointed property on quiet secluded street with all essentials needed. Very nice to have two bedrooms with their own baths. Nice bath products and great to also have laundry detergent. The front porch is peaceful and private and we enjoyed the succulents in the yard. Gated yard/driveway made parking very easy and safe.

Very nice place to stay if you are doing wine travel

Very nice place to stay if you are doing wine travel that is Sonoma-centric (we were.) The City of Napa is also pretty close by. There were just two of us staying and it was perfect size for that. Nice room layouts and the kitchen was well furnished. We did not do much meal prep other than breakfast. I had some work obligations and there was a small bedroom with a desk that worked well.

Space was very clean and the front porch is a nice setting. The street is very quiet and yet you are still close to Hwy 12 to get into downtown Sonoma or leave to go north towards Santa Rosa and Healdsburg.

We really enjoyed our stay at 9 Oaks. The location was very convenient while the setting felt almost rustic. The house was cost and relaxing. Our favorite part was the great front porch where we watched the sunset almost every night.

When an issue arose the management company was very responsive.

Lovely woodsy setting

Lovely woodsy setting with nice sized main bedroom. The second bedroom is smaller but both have private baths (the main bedroom's is quite roomy) and are separated by the living area. So great for two couples! There is a third room with a day bed and laundry, another tv. Very cozy and good if you can't sleep you can move to another room. The place is fully-equipped. It's like being in a log cabin. Quaint but large enough and fully functional. One draw back is it is in a very woodsy place so no barbeques allowed. Don't even think about it. The location is great for going up to wineries on Hwy 12 or grabbing great Mexican food at El Molino Central. It's a nice neighborhood location, but you pretty much have to drive to get to places you want to go like wineries and the plaza. I would highly recommend this place for a long term stay (we were there for a month on and off) because you have everything you need. I would definitely change the mattress covers as they are the waterproof kind and really not comfortable to sleep on. I would also upgrade the living room couch. But other than that I think it was a nice setting, fully-equipped and a great place to stay to enjoy Sonoma.

Sweet relaxing visit

Flew in from Kentucky and was pleased to find this house relaxing, quiet, and with all the needed comforts for a great visit. Including a yummy complementary bottle of wine! The property manager was wonderful...I left some items and she shipped them to my next stop! The beds were comfortable, there is a delightful front deck under a canopy of trees that was pleasant for early morning and evening sitting. Great location.

Great little cabin-like home in Sonoma!

This was a great little place! The only "issue" (and I wouldn't even call it that) is that the second bedroom with the queen bed in it leaves almost no room to walk around the bed/no closet. The others we stayed with had to put their suitcases in the third room, which worked out perfectly. The master bedroom is very large and has a dual vanity. Everything was sparkling clean and the property was easy to access. FYI this property is managed by a property management group, not an individual. Hour/45 min drive into San Fran and Napa. Driveway has a fence up front so we felt nice and secure.

The house had everything we needed and more.

The house had everything we needed and more. The location was right in between Sonoma Square and all the wineries on highway 12. Even though we aren't fans of leather furniture, everything was comfortable. The beds were also nice (if a little bouncy). The property itself was very nice and well maintained. We even saw a deer wandering around the garden a few times. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here. My wife and I traveled with our 16-month old son and her parents. The space was great for the five of us. Both bedrooms worked out well, and there was a small office space where we could put a Pack-n-Play for our son (that was provided by the hosts). We loved the bottle of wine waiting for us and the tip to head to Loxton Winery. Thank you for a great stay!

Great spot to explore Napa and Sonoma

Great spot to explore Napa and Sonoma. We traveled with a 9 month old and got a high chair + pack&play which was super practical, you just have to ask for it. The place was clean, the kitchen had lots of amenities, great BBQ was just around the corner and the patio was a perfect spot to kick back and relax with a nice bottle of wine from the area. The house is in quiet neighborhood which is perfect for a family vacation.
