The Ketcham House is a 4700 Square foot classic and elegant private Vineyard estate in the Healdsburg Wine Country. The vineyard has an orchard and vegetable garden that can provide spectacular produce during your stay. The Estate is sanitized and away from crowds and neighbors. This is a working vineyard that is certified sustainably farmed, but really is organic. The vineyard grows award winning Pinot Noir.

Offering a luxury kitchen, complete with marble countertops, full appliances, 6 burner gas stove, and available seating around the island. With a very open layout, interaction and communication is easily fostered between rooms. The living room features a beautiful marble fireplace and grand piano. With the abundance of windows and French doors there is no lack of natural lightning, especially with the addition of the gorgeous chandeliers and recessed lighting.

The balcony and outside space gives a great view of the gorgeous vineyards below and a peaceful place to relax. With an outdoor dining table for 6 and additional patio furniture there is a spot for everyone. There is also an outdoor kitchen/ BBQ area paired alongside a beautiful ornate pizza oven.

The main bedroom is located upstairs adjacent to the living areas and offers a beautiful double door enclosure to allow for privacy from the rest of the house. Fit with a King size bed, marble fireplace, and TV it is the perfect place to relax. The main bathroom highlights dark marble tiling, double sinks, a full shower and separate soaking bathtub. There is also a walk in closet perfect for all your needs during your stay.

Located on the bottom floor are the three additional bedrooms. One with a queen size bed, one with a full and the third with an extra-long twin. The downstairs area opens up to an expansive lawn area and beautiful vineyard views.

In addition to the main house, there is also an 1,160 sq. foot full 1 bedroom guest house with additional comfortable convertible sofa that can sleep two adults. There is also a full kitchen, laundry and full bath.
