Casa Blanca, built in the 1950’s, has been recently renovated to today’s modern standards with a mid-century flair. The private grounds have been beautifully landscaped with a stunning swimming pool, massive deck, and a beautiful lawn.
Casa Blanca welcomes you with an abundance of natural light and an open floor plan. Expansive bifold patio windows connect you with the outside for truly seamless open-air living. Dine al fresco, take a dip in the modern solar heated swimming pool, sunbathe on the chaise lounges, fire up the BBQ, play croquet or badminton on the lovely lawn, and lounge on the outdoor sofa with a glass of wine.
The charming downtown of Sonoma is the perfect starting point for your vacation. Stroll among historic buildings, tasting rooms, and restaurants at Sonoma Plaza—the heartbeat of downtown. Or hop in the car and drive minutes to one of countless exceptional wineries.

Casa Blanca is not a party house; Sonoma county has zoning and noise ordinances and we observe quiet time from 10pm to 8am. The maximum number of people on the property is 10, for sleeping it is 6. There is parking for three cars in the front driveway and two more in the side driveway.
All leases require a minimum 31-day rental. Is a 31 day rental too long for just your family?
