Heritage walnut trees, and new custom landscaping with native plants, bocce court, deck with pergola, outdoor gathering space were added to help you feel like you are truly in your own private oasis.

You will also find a horse and our three sheep in a separate area, grazing on the property. Neighborhood walks and bike rides are just around the corner, in a calm, family-friendly and scenic neighborhood that offers sightings of alpacas, cows and emus. This home is an ideal location for a peaceful retreat away from it all.
