Nestled in the historic east side this property, at just under 1/2 acre, is incredibly private despite being less than three blocks from the Plaza - an easy stroll for morning coffee, an evening out or just enjoy all the vitality the town of Sonoma has to offer.

Entering the main house from the outdoor terrace - replete with soothing fountain and overlooking of Nathanson Creek, the Living Room is filled with light, from the vaulted ceiling to the numerous French windows. A gas fireplace is the center of one of the seating areas whereas the other side is ready for a crowd to watch your favorite sporting event on the 85" TV. The kitchen includes a Thermador column refrigerator and freezer, a five-burner Thermador dual fuel range and a new GE Cafe double drawer dishwasher. In the bedroom there are French doors that open to a Juliet balcony with the view and sounds of seasonal Nathanson Creek. In both the bedroom and bath are rustic wood plank accents from the original cottage which was built in the early 1900s.

The property has been featured in a book as well as a couple of magazines, including Sunset. The landscaping includes many vignettes for entertaining whether by the saltwater pool or around the brick-lined terrace. As for the enjoyment of farm-to-table crops there is an abundance of fruits and vegetables. Fruit trees include fig and pomegranate. A large Eureka lemon tree anchors the lawn yet there's also a Meyer lemon tree and kumquat. Lime varieties include key lime, keffer, Makrut, Persian and the very rare, Fingerling. Several berries can be found such as blackberry vines and blueberry bushes. Three raised beds are planted with seasonal vegetables. Many of the plantings across the property are perfect for cut flowers, including eight varieties of roses, most of which are enchantingly fragrant.

The guest cottage is available for guest use, with the exception of occasional owner stays with 1 month's+ notice. The charming guest cottage includes a queen-size Temper-Pedic adjustable bed and a Peloton bike. There is a kitchenette with a wine refrigerator and Viking 4-burner range. The bathroom includes a bathtub with overhead shower.
