Take in the fantastic views from this private oasis on a quiet lane overlooking a sprawling vineyard. This unique compound sits on almost 3 acres with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Enjoy indoor/outdoor entertaining on the spacious grounds with 2 covered pergolas, multiple decks, and patios for lounging, as well as a sparkling solar heated in-ground saltwater pool and a cedar hot tub. (Pool is heated via solar only in the months of May - October)

Majestic oak trees frame the views to both the eastern and western hills and rose bushes line the walkways. Behind the pool house is a “kitchen garden” planted with herbs to enliven your meals as well as fig, apple, and lemon trees. Ideally located between the towns of Sonoma and Glen Ellen you can enjoy the many restaurants, cafes, markets and wineries of both! Explore the Sonoma square in the morning, day trip to famous wineries or visit Jack London's iconic ranch in the afternoon.

Living Area:
Relax in the casual living area in front of the wood-burning stone fireplace. The oversized leather sofa is the perfect place to curl up with your favorite novel - or put your feet up on the ottoman of the comforting Womb chair.

Kitchen/Dining:
Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and stainless-steel refrigerator as well as a microwave, blender, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers along with numerous other kitchen appliances making mealtime a breeze. Inside, the maple dining table seats 6 in comfortable Saarinen chairs. Plenty of plates, glasses and serving platters make entertaining indoors or outdoors possible.

Off the kitchen, outside on the lighted deck, the teak dining table easily seats 6 people with views of the vineyard, pool, and hills.

Beds/ Baths:
Up a half flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms with newly renovated ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and shower tub combination bathroom. Sliding doors lead onto a deck overlooking the oaks and eastern hills. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and large deck with chaise lounges for enjoying the late afternoon sun. The bathroom features an oversized vanity, walk in shower and large walk-in closet. This bedroom overlooks the vineyard and western hills.

Downstairs Family Room:
Down half a flight of stairs is the family room with TV, DVD and built-in bookshelves with numerous movies, novels, and picture books. Sliding glass doors from this room lead to the back yard.

Laundry Room / Half Bath:
Located on the same level as the family room and game room is a full-sized laundry room with a washer, dryer, utility sink and half bath.

Game Room:
Opposite the laundry room is a large game room equipped with a ping pong table and every indoor and outdoor game imaginable. Think Badminton, Spikeball, Cornhole, Croquet and Ring toss for outside fun and Chess, Legos, Scrabble, Life, Origami, Yahtzee and Clue for indoor entertainment.


Pool House / Guest House: (Only Available with 30+ Day Rentals)

Pool and Hot Tub:
The solar-heated pool is heated April- October. The temperature is dependent on the weather as it uses solar energy to heat the pool. The hot tub has a propane-fired heater and can be heated year-round for a additional charge.
