As a family-owned and operated business, our roots run deep in this community. Frank and Cynthia Wood founded Woodfield Properties in 1983 with a vision to offer exceptional property care and hospitality. In 2013, their daughter and son-in-law, Madeline and Alex Yankee, proudly stepped in to carry that vision forward. Today, Alex serves as the acting Broker, continuing the legacy with the same personal touch and dedication our guests and homeowners have come to know and trust.
