I rented this house for my 40th birthday with girlfriends. All in all, the place was perfect. The grounds are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The saltwater pool was a comfortable temperature for us despite the weather not being as warm as we’d hoped. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are lots of signs clarifying where things should go. There are also so many amazing spaces to hang out in as a group.
A few things to note:
1) You can only have 3 cars on the property at a time. We knew this going in so we parked the extra car in an inlet nearby where there were no signs to indicate that this wasn’t ok. We received a call from management to move our car immediately and had to go find parking in a nearby neighborhood. It was a bit complicated to find but once we did, parking was easy.
2) The upstairs loft contains a queen bed and two twin beds. There is no bathroom on the upstairs floor so make sure to know this when considering sleeping arrangements.
