The property exceeded all expectations. Two separate houses made life easy, giving members of our family privacy when needed but plenty of space when together. A very quiet and soothing setting with no road noise as the house opened to vineyards and an apple orchard. The pool was the perfect size – deep and large enough for our family of 10. The house is very well designed and the furniture and colors were lovely. The kitchen is truly built for a chef – plenty of space, an excellent stove/oven and refrigerator, and stocked with many devices, spices, oils, and staples, with lots of pans, dishes, and serving bowls, and a separate wine refrigerator. The yard boasted its own botanical garden with nooks and hideaways. The location is excellent – about 15 minutes to the Russian River and Sebastopol, and 45 minutes to the coast (Jenner). Strongly recommend staying there and retreating from life to focus on family, friends, and rejuvenation.
